BBQ Deviled Eggs

Ingredients

1 doz large eggs, hard boiled, halved, yolks scooped out into a bowl
3 tbsps mayo
2 tbsps bbq sauce
1 tbsp yellow mustard
pinch sea salt
fresh black pepper
dash hot sauce
2 scallions, thinly sliced
paprika for garnish

Instructions

Mash yolks well. Add all but paprika to yolks and blend until smooth. Fill egg whites shells and garnish with paprika and scallion slices.
